Epsilon Restaurant, completing its second year this summer, has been open all year round and earned a well-deserved name. With its new Belgian chef who is renowed with his international reputation for French cuisine and 2 Turkish chefs for the delicious Ottoman cuisine, you have a wide selection to choose from in Epsilon. If friends tell you that they had a very special Ottoman dish at Epsilon, you will not be able to find it the next day. Everything is cooked daily as it is a principle of the Chef, maintained over the year.


The menu is produced after you have enjoyed the selection of mezzes which are brought to your table to taste before you order your Antrecot, Pepper Steak or Epsilon Specialities and surprises! Other specialities of the Chef are fish and game. A simple lunch menu is also prepared every day. However, what makes Epsilon outstanding is that you can order a special request when making your reservation. And furher, you can listen to Lon's flute as if at a concert since she is a professional flutist.
		Classical and jazz music is the choice of Epsilon and the art lover couple who own the restaurant are happy to provide a changing exhibition inside upstairs. Another novelty in Epsilon is the handmade silver jewellery display. You will find out for yourself that Epsilon is different.
